ALMOND CAKE Almond cake I made last night A post shared by 🗒🖋🎥📷 (@rudymartineznyc) on Mar 6, 2017 at 5:56pm PST I got the recipe from my Philips Airfryer recipe app. This almond cake reminds me of a Dominican cake that commonly includes raisins, and which I had often while growing up. The most challenging thing for me in trying to make this cake has been finding the actual almond flakes or slivered almonds at my local supermarket. And even though it’s an almond cake, the real seller for it is the juicy apricot. I prefer to eat this while it’s warm.
